Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of digital marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • At least five years' experience in digital marketing, including social media, e-commerce, marketing analytics, project management, search engine marketing, website development, and optimization
  • Advanced social media skills and knowledge of e-commerce best practices, web performance tracking and analytics, social media, search engine optimization, and paid search
  • Proven track record of success in building and motivating high-performance teams
  • Experience creating and presenting KPIs, reports, and dashboards for senior executives
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept development through to execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the golf and/or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and technologies
  • Ability to travel for business
