We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Tech to join our team at Beaumont Behavioral Health. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide exceptional patient care, supervision, and support to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities- Provide continuous patient care and supervision, interacting with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist with behavioral health assessments, interventions, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the treatment team.
- Participate in educational programs and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Two (2) years of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness.
- Ability to work night shifts, rotating holidays, and every other weekend.
