About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at Beaumont Behavioral Hospital. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety checks on patients to ensure their well-being and safety
  • Supervise patients to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Perform room and environmental checks to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
  • Conduct contraband searches and property checks to maintain a secure environment
  • Facilitate groups and write group notes to support patient progress
  • Escort patients to meals and other activities, providing supervision and support as needed
