About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Store Protection Specialist to join our team at Ross Stores. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Visible Presence: Provide a visible presence at store entrances and exits, mitigating theft and fraud, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
  • Monitor Sales Floor: Walk the sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators, as directed by store leadership.
  • Partner with Store Leadership: Collaborate with store leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortage.
Requirements
  • High School Education or Equivalent: Required, with a preference for an Associate's degree.
  • One Year Retail Supervisor Experience: Preferred, with similar training in loss prevention or security.
  • Active Security Guard License: Preferred.
