Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a defined territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, customers, and products to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, reports, and records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory, as well as to Mexico and Canada, to meet with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to ten years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, analysis, and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
