Job Opportunity

UPMC - Pittsburgh Medical Center is seeking a skilled medical professional to join their orthopedic department as a Staff or Senior Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care through autonomous clinics and collaboration with attendings in the Sports Medicine division.
  • Work closely with other specialties within the department, including the OR and OP clinic.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by ARC-PA or an approved nurse practitioner program.
  • Current state PA license certified by NCCPA or CRNP certification from Pennsylvania state board of nursing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience or completion of a post-graduate residency.
