Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Dialysis Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, and operate hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
  • Obtain and document necessary pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight for each patient.
  • Evaluate vascular access pre-treatment and perform vascular access cannulation.
  • Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
  • Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility (preferred but not required).
  • Dependable, compassionate, caring, supportive, collaborative, and reliable qualities.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and financial support when needed.
