Medical Laboratory Professional

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Medical Laboratory Scientists. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for performing high-complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross-match. You will also provide technical support to hospital transfusion services, review and report test results, and participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (must receive MLS certification within 6 months of eligibility)
- State licensure as required by regulations
- 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist educational requirements
