Mueller Sprinklers has been a trusted name in the commercial and residential irrigation sector since 1981. Our services extend beyond underground sprinkler systems to include seeding, sodding, retaining walls, and snow removal.

Compensation: Starting salary of $80,000, contingent on experience and skill set, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus after one year of service.

We offer various bonus opportunities, accident insurance, and vacation time that begins accruing after three months of employment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime depending on seasonal demands.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in wifi controllers, decoders, 2-wire systems, and pump start relays
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Valid and insurable driver's license

Role Summary: The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing existing underground irrigation systems. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position requires independent work, as well as collaboration with the installation team. Responsibilities may also include some construction tasks and equipment repairs, with on-call duties during snow removal periods. Compensation will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and team members effectively
  • Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a clean and operational state
  • Perform repairs on underground irrigation systems
  • Log daily work hours using an electronic tablet
  • Service and assemble Exmark mowers
  • Participate in snow removal and de-icing operations
