Position Summary:
The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our quick service counters, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent leadership on the floor, engaging with guests, team members, and vendors to maintain high operational standards.
  • Work closely with the QSR General Manager and Assistant General Manager on management tasks, including administrative and financial responsibilities.
  • Train, inspire, and guide team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Assess food and beverage requirements, manage procurement, and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and distribute supplies effectively within the department.
  • Oversee financial transactions and ensure precise accounting practices.
  • Document shift activities and assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address and resolve any incidents involving employees or guests promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $76,000.

Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and cash registers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
