- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal sales and support teams to ensure customer expectations are met and that they are informed throughout the buying journey.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to management and executives, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of full-cycle closing experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual quota.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of sales activity via the telephone.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling software products and customizable solutions to marketing and sales professionals is strongly preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer needs.
