Desktop Support Role

As a key member of the Field Service Operations team at Resource Logistics, the successful candidate will provide top-notch support with exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.

This position involves frequent interaction with end users, peers, and managers, primarily face-to-face as deskside support for service requests and on-site problem resolution.

The candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment to resolve customer problems and support other members of the Site Services Client.

Additionally, the candidate will provide hands-on support to other IT teams, including Audio Visual, Network, and Servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Oversee shift planning, including on-call rosters and resource productivity.
  • Enable team members with training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure security compliance and manage inventory levels across locations.
  • Resolve service requests and incidents before agreed service levels.
  • Plan and execute move requests or project work.
  • Lead the team by providing technical and process assistance.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals and software.
