About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Care Services Director Assistant. This role involves working closely with Clinical Supervisors and staff clinicians to gather, collate, and report patient care summary information to managed care Case Managers.

The successful candidate will have high school Diploma or GED, and be able to maintain comprehensive working knowledge of managed care contractual relationships and ensure that patients are admitted and services are delivered in accordance with contract provisions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of managed care and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
  2. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by HCS Home Care.
  3. Ability to work oncall as needed.
