Job Opportunity at KinderCare Education

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that encourages children to grow and develop at their own pace.
  • Parent Partnerships: Build strong relationships with parents, working collaboratively to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Center Success: Contribute to the success of your center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Community Building: Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Certifications: Hold CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain, meet state-specific qualifications for the role, and have an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or be willing to obtain.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Communication: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
