Job Summary: As a Culinary Specialist at Twin Farms, you will play a key role in the kitchen operations, working closely with the culinary team to maintain the resort's high standards of culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute food preparation with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
- Work at various kitchen stations with versatility and skill
- Monitor food production details, inventory, and guest preferences
- Contribute ideas for menu development and creative culinary offerings
- Collaborate with other resort departments for seamless service
- Ensure kitchen safety and sanitation standards are met
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Expertise in kitchen operations, food preparation, and teamwork
- Consistent and high-quality food production
- Creativity in menu development and presentation
- Understanding of nutritional standards and dietary restrictions
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and resource management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary education and/or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a fine dining restaurant
Working Conditions:
