Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the performance of the National Operations Center.
- Utilize process engineering expertise to refine operational workflows and system utilization.
- Drive efficiency improvements by partnering with operations and managing a team focused on process enhancement.
- Lead project managers to ensure the successful execution of critical organizational projects.
- Assess productivity metrics to confirm that standardization and centralization efforts yield positive operational outcomes.
- Identify and implement automation strategies to advance organizational capabilities through technology.
- Maximize vendor engagement for essential production tasks.
- Support revenue growth initiatives by establishing and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
- Engage with support functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing) on key improvement projects.
- Work collaboratively with affiliated entities to enhance the integrated real estate experience for clients and agents.
- Lead change management efforts thoughtfully to mitigate disruptions during the execution of major initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on quantitative data analysis.
- Proven experience in automating operational processes.
- Experience collaborating closely with IT departments or on technology initiatives is preferred.
- Background in the title and settlement services sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both direct and cross-functional remote teams effectively.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential.
- Capacity to work autonomously, including the ability to analyze and propose strategic changes.
- Strong enterprise-wide change management capabilities are required.
