Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the performance of the National Operations Center.
  • Utilize process engineering expertise to refine operational workflows and system utilization.
  • Drive efficiency improvements by partnering with operations and managing a team focused on process enhancement.
  • Lead project managers to ensure the successful execution of critical organizational projects.
  • Assess productivity metrics to confirm that standardization and centralization efforts yield positive operational outcomes.
  • Identify and implement automation strategies to advance organizational capabilities through technology.
  • Maximize vendor engagement for essential production tasks.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives by establishing and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
  • Engage with support functions (IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing) on key improvement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with affiliated entities to enhance the integrated real estate experience for clients and agents.
  • Lead change management efforts thoughtfully to mitigate disruptions during the execution of major initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on quantitative data analysis.
  • Proven experience in automating operational processes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with IT departments or on technology initiatives is preferred.
  • Background in the title and settlement services sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both direct and cross-functional remote teams effectively.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, including the ability to analyze and propose strategic changes.
  • Strong enterprise-wide change management capabilities are required.
