Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers via phone, ensuring a positive and delightful experience.
  • Analyze customer situations and determine viable options to meet their needs.
  • Accurately process customer orders, including special promotions and services.
  • Work independently and professionally, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential customer information with discretion and care.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, with a minimum of 40-50 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and think critically.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
