About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our team at Partners in Hope Psychiatry. As a Psychotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychiatric services to improve the overall health, well-being, and outcomes of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and psychosocial well-being.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy to address patient social, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Active, unrestricted license in the state of Illinois.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapeutic treatment modalities and mental health diagnoses.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, facility staff, patients, and families.
