Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our retail team as a Solar Appointment Setter. In this role, you will act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store, building relationships with potential customers and educating them about renewable energy and storage solutions. Your focus will be on scheduling appointments and building the Sunrun customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers to discuss their energy needs and demonstrate Sunrun's products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in software applications and mobile devices.
