Salary and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$160,000, depending on performance and location. Our highly competitive sales commissions are paid biweekly for new solar appointments and contracts resulting from your efforts.

Job Description

In this role, you will act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store, making a significant impact on potential customers by building relationships, excitement for our products, and educating them on renewable energy and storage solutions. Your focus is to influence and positively impact each person you meet. If you excel at exceeding personal and team goals, this role is ideal for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent technology skills, resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for our mission. Key qualifications include:
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
  • Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within 15-30 miles.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Significant comfort level with technology, utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.
