The compensation range for this role is $46,000 to $60,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses.

Typical Responsibilities for Assistant Restaurant Operations Managers Include:

  • Overseeing the complete operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
  • Welcoming guests and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understanding and implementing all safety protocols within the restaurant.
  • Recruiting, training, retaining, and developing team members.
  • Serving as a role model and holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards.
  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry; prior management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions, including standing/walking for extended periods and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required.
  • Proficient in managing team dynamics and resolving conflicts.
  • Computer skills are necessary (MS Office, point of sale systems, inventory management systems, etc.).
