Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Trainee to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims related to total losses. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced claim handlers to develop skills and knowledge necessary for success in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required training program to develop skills and knowledge necessary for success in the insurance industry
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims related to total losses
  • Work closely with experienced claim handlers to develop skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response to all assigned tasks
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
