Key Responsibilities
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Claims Advocate at IMA Financial Group. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Gathering claim information and reviewing coverage with customers.
  • Preparing loss notices and encouraging customers to report claims directly to the carrier.
  • Assisting customers with any problems that arise after the claim is reported and working directly with the claims adjuster to address the issue.
  • Providing follow-up on claims from the time they are reported until they are closed.

A strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential for this role. We are seeking someone who can build strong relationships with customers, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within our team.

This position comes with a salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
