Job Overview

A remote insurance follow-up specialist position is available within Insight Global Healthcare's denials team. This role involves analyzing denial work queues, identifying trends and recoupments, processing claims, communicating with payors, and following up on denials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the denials team to identify and resolve issues
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with payors and other stakeholders
  • Process and follow up on denied claims
About the Role

This is a fully remote position that requires a minimum of 5 hours of overtime per week once fully trained. The successful candidate will be based in Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Georgia, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, Wyoming, or Michigan. The position is metrics-based, and claims will be audited at random.

Compensation and Benefits
