Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and educating them about insurance options.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and issues.
  • Educate customers about insurance options and products.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Property & Casualty license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
  • A Life and Health license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
  • State Farm Required Training (completed upon hire).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred.
