Insurance Claims Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and educating them about insurance options.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and issues.
- Educate customers about insurance options and products.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Property & Casualty license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
- A Life and Health license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
- State Farm Required Training (completed upon hire).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual language skills preferred.
