We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at ECHN. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for physician examinations and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Assist with administrative and clinical duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and performing various medical procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification/registration as an MA preferred.
- Previous experience working in a medical facility is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, employees, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to float to other offices when needed.
