Job Title: Field Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrier/Fleet Network Management: Utilize your expertise in transportation modes, including fleet, parcel, LTL, TL, and courier services, to optimize carrier utilization and compliance.
  • Safety/Security/Compliance: Ensure that team and location meet all regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Department of Transportation, and Company standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional last-mile execution, consultative services, and sales presentations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Tactical Execution of Key Initiatives: Participate in and lead key projects, manage budgets, and identify business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • P&L Responsibility: Develop and manage local budgets, conduct financial modeling, and analyze profitability and cost-to-serve metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience managing transportation, inbound logistics, warehousing, procurement, and small package/parcel services.
