As a Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Your role will involve significant communication with all project stakeholders, relying on collaboration to achieve project goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project functions across all client site initiatives, including budget oversight and scope management.
  • Providing clear direction to both internal and external teams involved in the project.
  • Conducting daily project communications, scheduling, and task management for technical teams.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordination and Communication:

You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships by managing expectations and communications effectively.

Your coordination efforts will include:

  • Leading project activities within Diversified, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Overseeing the completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Facilitating design reviews and ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Conducting site verifications and documenting any potential issues.

Physical Demands:

This role may involve exposure to construction environments, requiring adherence to safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment. The position may necessitate physical activity, including mobility around construction sites and occasional lifting of materials.

Travel Requirements:

Frequent travel will be necessary, primarily local travel to client sites, with occasional longer trips as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • A valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in project management within commercial construction.
  • Certifications such as Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific certifications.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. PMP certification is preferred.
