About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freight Management Specialist to join our team in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges, and implementing strategic plans to retain and grow account revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transportation management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that meet our clients' needs.

You will be working closely with our logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  2. Manage daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  3. Coordinate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to resolve any issues promptly.
  4. Analyze account performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Implement strategic plans to retain and grow account revenue.
Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This total compensation package includes a base salary plus a performance-based bonus.
