Job Overview

The Medical Assistant will be the face of the clinic, providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as receptionist, answering calls and responding to messages
  • Perform patient registration functions, including entering referral data and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with medical procedures, including collecting body fluid samples and administering TB tests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to provide health and TB clearance
  • Must pass background check and urine drug screen

Estimated salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
