About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Program Management Expert to join our Watch Division. In this role, you will drive and own our complex prototype Build Matrix, compiling information from various technical resources to create an easy-to-follow set of instructions for suppliers and CM partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams towards consensus on requirements and interdependencies between different parts and design options. This includes encoding dependencies into the Build Matrix, tracking manually where necessary, and managing CM, EPS, and business teams to support changing build priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage CM, EPS, and business teams to support ever-changing build priorities and requirements
- Communicate CTB status to System EPM and management teams regularly

Requirements
- 1-4+ years of project management experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Impeccable organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
