Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced team that plays a critical role in the overall success of our organization through technology enablement. As a Technology Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems using BE, DE, and SWEs
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams
  • Lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $125,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years working as a Full Stack Engineer
  • Experience working with React, design principles, anti-patterns, and the technical landscape
  • 5+ years working at an expert level with Typescript and JavaScript (Node)
  • Experience working with relational database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • 7+ years designing, building, delivering, and maintaining critical web-based software
  • Good understanding of Dev-Ops and infrastructure (Memory + CPU consumption)
  • Deep knowledge in querying and optimization for large data sets
  • Experience with agile development and work management methodologies
  • Able to work with multi-time zone development teams and self-manage own work
  • Must be able to start by February 29th, 2024
