Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships, a family-owned network of automotive dealerships, representing multiple new car brands and used car superstores, operates under a one-price philosophy where managers and associates uphold a negotiation-free sales atmosphere, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a results-oriented, driven Sales Consultant responsible for promoting and selling the dealership's offerings through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Our negotiation-free sales environment ensures that our sales consultants receive an hourly wage plus bonuses based on the volume of vehicles sold, rather than the vehicle price.
To excel in this role, an individual must successfully fulfill each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing ethical sales techniques; adhering to all company, DMV, state, and federal regulations
- Understanding and following the Holler-Classic Sales Process
- Effectively presenting, demonstrating, and explaining the features and benefits of vehicles and aftermarket products and services
- Closing sales efficiently to achieve optimal gross profit and consistently following up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and opportunities for additional sales
- Setting daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and sales objectives, prioritizing and organizing tasks for productive outcomes, and managing time effectively
- Maintaining comprehensive and current knowledge of products and services available for sale
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients at all times
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Passing background screening requirements
