The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review operations manuals for remote stations, ensuring they follow a standard template.
- Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
- Design and update process flow diagrams for remote stations to clearly illustrate operational procedures.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and aligns with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure consistency across all documents.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
Education/Certifications:
