Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical assistance with respiratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient education and technical assistance with respiratory equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units.
  • Perform patient assessments and maintain current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts.
  • Represent the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and content of written reports.
  • Facilitate prescription collection and maintain patient records in an organized manner.
  • Work on-call after hours and weekends as needed, responding in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
