Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team at Comcast Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  1. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  2. Sell with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  3. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Territory Development and Lead Generation
  1. Develop sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  2. Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
Customer Retention and Service Excellence
  1. Rtain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  2. Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention; work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up.
Reporting and Administration
  1. Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports, as required.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  1. Attend out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills and skill in presenting, persuading and negotiating.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education
  1. Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
  1. 5-7 Years of experience in sales or a related field
Skills and Knowledge
  1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of network design, MAN technologies, and data networking technologies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $69,966 - $116,012 per year, depending on location. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a targeted commission of $65,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
