About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in a specified region or major geographical area/market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve territory sales and gross profit plans by developing and increasing sales revenue and GP$ to meet assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gaining new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Develop account strategies, territory planning, and administrative follow-up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Inside Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
