About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our team at Ourisman Chevrolet & Mitsubishi of Marlow Heights. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising employees, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and oversee all operations for the parts department, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Supervise and mentor parts employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Oversee all parts operations, including customer concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of our defined areas, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure all parts returns are processed and returned to the manufacturer, adhering to our quality control standards.
  • Enforce safety requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • Management experience is necessary, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic, with a strong commitment to our company values.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.
