Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff adhere to their assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies.
- Set and strive to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of all parts department personnel.
- Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing necessary information.
- Oversee inventory ordering processes.
- Ensure incoming inventory is organized correctly.
- Maintain balanced inventory levels in accordance with departmental needs.
- Accurately price parts and accessories using appropriate pricing sources and keep the computer system updated.
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Exhibit behaviors aligned with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in an automotive parts management role preferred.
- At least two years of sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a clean driving record.
