Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all staff adhere to their assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies.
  • Set and strive to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of all parts department personnel.
  • Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing necessary information.
  • Oversee inventory ordering processes.
  • Ensure incoming inventory is organized correctly.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels in accordance with departmental needs.
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using appropriate pricing sources and keep the computer system updated.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Exhibit behaviors aligned with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an automotive parts management role preferred.
  • At least two years of sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a clean driving record.
