Customer Service Representative Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Lead. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with purchases
  • Run the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers
  • Work with the food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Lead shifts and supervise a team of employees
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
