Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality customer service standards, ensuring that all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for long periods, moving and lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is also required.
