As a Lead Barista at Providence Health & Services, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting the store supervisor in executing store operations, ensuring quality customer service, and delegating tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
- Performing daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of the store and backroom
- Unloading Starbucks products weekly
Requirements:
- National Food Handler Card
- National ServSafe Manager Certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of food service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous coffee/food service and cash handling experience in a direct customer environment
