Job Title: Lead Barista

As a Lead Barista at Providence Health & Services, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting the store supervisor in executing store operations, ensuring quality customer service, and delegating tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
  • Performing daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of the store and backroom
  • Unloading Starbucks products weekly

Requirements:

  • National Food Handler Card
  • National ServSafe Manager Certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of food service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous coffee/food service and cash handling experience in a direct customer environment
