Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and prepare statistical reports to support program objectives.
  • Handle information requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Review and track correspondence in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct in/out processing and track team actions for incoming personnel.
  • Process hiring requests and update the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA).
  • Track supply inventory and assist with product deliveries.
  • Coordinate training and track training requests.
  • Update directories with new hires and locations.
  • Process travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Update emergency data and ensure accuracy.
  • Update seating charts for personnel.
  • Create staff call briefing charts for weekly meetings.

Requirements:

  • Active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Associates degree and 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Additional 6 years of experience can be used in lieu of an Associates or Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software applications, including Defense Travel System (DTS) and SharePoint.
