As a Program Support Specialist - Doctoral Leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting the Higher Education Leadership doctoral program and its faculty coordinator in achieving their goals.



The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various areas, including student admissions, enrollment success, advising, special program recruitment initiatives, online and campus event support, course schedule development, curricular initiatives, and student record and information support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of faculty and staff who are dedicated to promoting student success and advancing the program's objectives.



Qualifications


  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in assisting the faculty program coordinator
  • Bachelors or masters degree


We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
