Job Title: Risk Management Director

Trios Health is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, managing, and coordinating risk management activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to design and implement risk management mechanisms.
  • Investigate and analyze claims and potential claims related to professional liability.
  • Work with legal counsel to respond to claims and issues, and facilitate settlement at an early stage.
  • Coordinate legal activities for Trios Health, including processing summons and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain risk management statistics and files in compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with department leaders and staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
