About the Role:

This Site Manager - Project Execution role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

About You:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in managing construction projects, teams, and vendors.
  • You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation and financial records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
