Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Experience Design and Development: Utilize internal and external resources to design, develop, and optimize learning experiences and programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead learning functions with sound decision-making skills and expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify individual learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, and ensure that training is a culture of ongoing learning and development initiatives.
  • Project Management: Leverage project management skills to schedule, organize, and execute multiple detailed undertakings, producing on-time deliverables.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Use analytic skills to monitor KPIs and trends, and conduct field visits, classroom facilitation, and participate in off-site meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years' experience in biotech/pharmaceutical, durable medical equipment or medical device sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in a relevant area preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional oral/written communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to prioritize contributions to the overall success of the team.
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of training goals for sales, medical, leadership, functional skills, and the ability to coach team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Vendor Management: Experience with vendor management specializing in training platforms for sales, medical, marketing, and leadership excellence.
  • Oncology Experience: 2+ years of experience in oncology preferred.
