Vision Center Manager L1

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vision Center Manager L1 to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth in the Vision Center.
- Merchandise Presentation and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and in-stock and inventory levels.
- Customer Service and Experience: Model and enforce proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are successfully resolved.
- Community Outreach and Partnerships: Participate in community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Associate Development and Engagement: Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
- Quality Eyewear and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the provision of quality eyewear by consulting with and educating customers, selecting products based on customer needs, and maintaining confidential information.
- Education and Experience: Completion of 2 or more years of college or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
- Eligibility: Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.
