We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join our team at Emory University School of Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our pediatric cardiac program.
About the Role
The Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist will work closely with our team of 13 cardiac intensivists to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have completed training in pediatric cardiology or pediatric critical care and have additional training in pediatric cardiac intensive care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with our team of cardiac intensivists to develop and implement care plans
- Contribute to the growth and development of our pediatric cardiac program
- Participate in teaching and education of residents, fellows, and advanced care practitioners
Requirements
- Completed training in pediatric cardiology or pediatric critical care
- Additional training in pediatric cardiac intensive care
- Board certification in pediatric cardiology or pediatric critical care
