Key Responsibilities:

The Premium Hospitality Runner is responsible for:

  • Delivering personalized service and meticulous attention to detail to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Serving a variety of beverages and food items, including soft drinks, wines, and beers.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members and other service departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting service staff by clearing tables and delivering food orders.
  • Completing assigned opening and closing tasks efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Being knowledgeable about various food, beverage, and retail options available within the venue.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold service standards.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Capacity to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English for effective communication.
  • Able to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, upscale club, or restaurant setting.


Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.
